MURDEAU consists of stackable and interlocking modules with a capacity of 250 liters or 500 liters, placed on a base that also serves as a water reservoir with a capacity of 100 liters. This concept is an alternative to the underground tank and offers the possibility of storing 350 to 1,600 liters of rainwater.
This water reserve concept is scalable and can be installed outdoors or indoors, in a small area or in a very narrow space. The system will fit well in an outdoor space or inside a building. You can also add a decorative element to enhance its aesthetics. The modules and base are interconnected and allow water to flow horizontally and vertically.
MURDEAU installation requires no earthworks.
The tanks are made of high-density polyethylene (HDPE) with a thickness of 8 to 10 mm using the rotational molding process. The material used is 100% recyclable. It is UV-resistant, helps limit algae growth inside the tank, and withstands temperature variations from -15°C to +40°C without deformation. The rotational molding manufacturing process offers a range of different colors.
